Chase & Associates Limited are fully qualified independent Chartered Surveyors. They are a specialist residential building surveying practice covering the Greater Manchester area. Not only are they a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) but they are also a member of the Chartered Institute of Builders (CIOB).  The Surveyors have a good local knowledge and in-depth experience of all areas of building and surveying.
